Ladies League
- Qualification Stage - each team plays 6 games of 2 x 20 minutes. 10 points for a win; 5 points for a tie; 1 point for each goal scored
- Top four point leaders after the qualification stage go into semi-finals; the rest into final positional games (one, possibly two per team depending on ranking).
- Track cards as per FIL tournament rules: 2 points for a yellow; 4 points for a yellow/red; 6 points for a red. Any player that accrues 8 points sits out the next game.
- One time-out per team, per game.
- Stop clock only in last minute of each half.
- Stick check each team on their 1st game and then only as needed the rest of each day.
- A player may only play for her registered team and can only help out another team IF they have less than 15 players available. Teams fielding ringers outside of this rule will be penalised accordingly with a 10 point deduction.
- In the event of one team arriving late for a given game, possession is awarded to the opposition and if necessary, game time cut down to 2 x 15 mins. If a 30 minute game is not possible, the late team forfeits the game with a 0-10 loss.
- In the event of both teams arriving late for a game, the game will be shortened to 2 x 15 minutes. If a 30 minute game is not possible, both teams are awarded zero points.
Gentlemen's Club
- Qualification Stage - each team plays 5 games of 2 x 20 minutes. 10 points for a win; 5 points for a tie; 1 point for each goal scored
- Top four point leaders after the qualification stage go into semi-finals; the rest into final positional games (two per team)
- Any player earning 5 minutes of personal penalty time in a given game will be ejected from the game and not allowed to take the field for the rest of the day (or miss the first game the following day if ejected from the last game of the day) for his registered team, regardless of which team he is playing for at the time (in the event of helping out another squad).
- A player may only play for his registered team and can only help out another team IF they have less than 15 players available. Teams fielding ringers outside of this rule will be penalised accordingly with a 10 point deduction.
- One 3-minute time-out per team, per game.
- The half-time break lasts only 3 minutes.
- Stop clock in the last two minutes of each half.
- Two referees and two bench officials per game.
- In the event of one team arriving late for a given game, possession is awarded to the opposition and if necessary, game time cut down to 2 x 15 mins. If a 30 minute game is not possible, the late team forfeits the game with a 0-10 loss.
